HOW IT WORKS

A member of our team will work with you to go over all aspects of your mailing.

GATHER INFORMATION ABOUT THE JOB

Here is the information we will obtain:

1. Mailpiece quantity
2. B/W or Color printing
3. Single or Double sided printing
4. Number of pages per piece(this determines the envelope type that will be used)
5. Envelope Type (#10 vs. 9×12) – (Single or Double window)
6. Mail Class – First Class or Standard Mail
7. Required Mail Date
8. Letter format(Pre-merged letters(PDF or Word) or Letter Template and Data file)

PROVIDE A QUOTE

Our team will then provide a detailed quote. Your company benefits from time and labor savings along with reduced postage fees. When the quote is approved, job processing begins.

PROCESS THE JOB

Here are the steps:

1. A secure FTP site is setup for your company
– Your staff will login using our user friendly secure web interface

2. The letters are uploaded(Pre-merged letters or Letter Template and Data file)

3. A confirmation email is sent confirming receipt of your files

4. If we are merging your letters, your data file will first be cleansed via the USPS NCOA database
– Your letters will be merged and barcoding will be added for enhanced quality control and tracking
– Proofs will be provided electronically for review by your staff
– We will wait for approval before moving forward with printing

5. Your letters will be printed on our high quality digital printers

6. The letters will then be inserted into envelopes using our top of the line folder/inserter machines

7. Postage is applied to the envelopes

8. The job is mailed via the USPS
